How much area do the two channels cover?

Each channel is rated at 4,000 m³. Using floor area ≈ volume ÷ ceiling height with typical 2.8–3.0 m commercial ceilings, one channel covers roughly 1,330–1,430 m², and the two channels together span up to 8,000 m³, around 2,660–2,860 m². The practical question is zoning: the two channels are two separate outputs, so map them onto two areas (or onto front and back of one huge floor) when you plan placement. Pump-pressure atomization on two channels

Both channels atomize by pump pressure: an air pump pushes oil through a two-fluid nozzle into a cold, dry mist with no water and no heat. Per channel, oil use at the continuous setting is 0.0074 ml/s, about 26.6 ml/h, and the spec table lists it as 0.0074 ml/s × 2 for the whole unit. Measured reservoir life by setting profile, per 1,000 ml reservoir: A1 ≈ 64 days, A2 ≈ 48 days, A3 ≈ 33 days, A4 ≈ 17 days. Both channels run on oil-based specialty essential oils matched to the pump-pressure nozzles; water-based or diluted liquids are not the intended medium. Keep the two reservoirs on a shared refill routine unless your zones run clearly different hours.

Why choose pump pressure instead of an ultrasonic diffuser for a mall floor?

Pump-pressure atomization puts oil into the air as a cold, undiluted two-fluid mist: no water tank and no added humidity near tenant displays, floors or seating. Ultrasonic units mix oil with water, which suits small rooms but adds cleaning work and humidity on large commercial floors. For a wide unit standing in open circulation areas, the pump-pressure format is the lower-maintenance choice.
